Trip Guidelines

If you click on the "Download/View Files" you can view and print out a .pdf of our new trip guidelines, along with a Criminal Background Check Release form and a Drivers Record Release form. If you plan to help out by driving or staying overnight with a COL group, these forms will need to be filled out and returned to church one week before the event.
